How we charge: Payment is due on the day. You’ll receive an itemised invoice suitable for private health insurance claiming (where applicable).
Private health insurance rebates (extras)
From 1 July 2025, Australian health insurers are allowed to include Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine in eligible extras policies again. Whether you can claim depends on your fund and policy—please check with your insurer for details

Rebates are not automatic—each insurer chooses whether to cover these therapies and sets its own rules.
We’ll provide an itemised receipt with provider details so you can claim directly with your fund.
Rebates (if offered by your fund) usually don’t apply to supplements or functional lab tests.
Medicare
Medicare rebates aren’t available for naturopathy consultations.
Telehealth
We offer secure telehealth for Australian clients. Many insurers treat telehealth the same as in-clinic, but it’s policy-dependent—please confirm with your fund.
Testing (optional)
We may discuss tests such as OAT, DUTCH, SIBO/GI-MAP, food intolerance, or HTMA/OligoScan when clinically appropriate. Pricing varies by lab; we’ll always give you options up-front.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% late-cancellation fee. This helps us offer urgent spots to other clients.
